Priovice level investment summit begins in Chitwan

Chitwan, April 19: Province level investment summit has commenced in Bharatpur of Chitwan today in a bid to bring in investment for the development of province 3.

Inaugurating the summit, Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chair Puspa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that public and private sectors should collaborate honestly with each others and get involved in the development works of the country.

NCP Chair Prachanda said that the government is committed to creating investment friendly environment for private sectors and to protecting their investment.Meanwhile, Nepali Congress leader Ramsaran Mahat said there are no problems in formulating plans and policy but probles are  in implementation phase.

According to vice chair of the province 3 planning commission Khim Lal Devkota, comprehensive discussion willl be held on potential invesment sectors in province 3 to create a base for its development while urging the private sectors to invest in infrastructure development, industry, agriculture, tourism among others.
