President Bhandari summons budget sessions of both chambers of federal parliament for April 29

Kathmandu, April 21: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has summoned the joint session of both the chambers of the federal parliament at 4 pm on 29 April 2019 marking the beginning of the budget session.

The office of the president has stated that the meeting has been called the session at the recommendation of the PM. The budget session of parliament will discuss on the policies and programmes of the government and endorses the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the government has been preparing to present the budget for the new fiscal year in the parliament on 29 May 2019.
