Minister Gyawali returns home from China 

Minister for Foreign Affairs, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has returned home today after participating in the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and visiting the Tibet Autonomous Region of People’s Republic of China.

Meanwhile, Minister Gyawali has said President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s state visit to China at the invitation of her Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping has been overall historic, very successful and fruitful.

He opined that the topics raised during the bilateral talks, the agreements and protocols signed during President Bhandari’s visit will further strengthen the close relations between the two countries.

Stating that issues of Nepal’s concern were also included in the multi-sector discussions with China, Minister Gyawali said this will help take the development works of Nepal further ahead in the coming days.
