Legislation Management Committee of the National Assembly consults with experts regarding evidence second amendment bill

Kathmandu, June 14: The Legislation Management Committee of the National Assembly has consulted experts regarding evidence second amendment bill.

Speaking in the meeting of the committee held in Singhdurbar today, former justice Girish Chandra Lal suggested writing the provisions in the bill lucidly so that everyone can understand them.

He also suggested making the acts explaining legal provisions timely and removing the confusing phrases.

Likewise, Chair of Nepal Law Commission Madhav Paudel suggested implementing the legal provisions making them relevant and timely.

Meanwhile, the committee chair Parshuram Meghi Gurung said that the bill will be approved only after enriching it by incorporating the suggestions from the experts.
