41st Puspalal Memorial Day marked with various programs

Kathmandu, July 23: The 41st Memorial Day of Nepal Communist Party’s founder general secretary Puspalal Shrestha, has been marked today with various programs.

Nepal Communist Party has organized various programs to mark the day of Founding General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party.

Addressing a program organized by the Pushpalal Memorial Foundation in the capital today, Nepal Communist Party (NCP) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said party unification process has almost reached to the conclusion.

Chair Prachanda claimed that the party unification process would be completed by August 17. He added that they will reach the people with the central committee of the party formulating nationwide programs.

The NCP Chair opined that they have completed the people’s revolution in a unique fashion by achieving the party unification which was the dream of late Pushpalal. Meantime, NCP Chair Prachanda encouraged the party cadres that they are the bearers of the late Pushpalal’s ideology and that the journey of socialism will be completed soon following Puspalal’s dream.

Likewise, NCP senior leader and Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the dream of Pushpalal would be materialized only if the NCP is established by making it popular.

Another senior leader Jhalanath Khanal said that the incumbent communist government should bring socialism to bring prosperity in the county, following the path shown by the late leader Puspalal.

On the occasion, Chair Dahal, senior leaders– Nepal and Khanal, NCP Secretariat member Bamdev Gautam, General Secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel, and other leaders garlanded the statue at Pushpalal Memorial Park, Champadevi, Kritipur
