CIAA arrests government officers with bribe

Makawanpur, August 5: The commission for the investigation of abuse of authority has arrested officer of industry commerce and consumer welfare protection directorate Makawanpur Chandan Kumar Amatya with 50 thousand bribe.

A team of the anti-graft body arrested him on basis of information of asking for the bribe amount from a service recipient saying to complete the process of industry registration.

Similarly, one Nayab  subba or non gazetted officer Deuman Kadariya was arrested on charge of taking 50 thousand bribe from a service recipient alluring him of making land ownership certificate.
