Government team inspects no man’s land in Sarlahi

A joint team of representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, Nepal Police, Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and the district administration office inspected no man’s land along the Nepal-India border in Sarlahi district.

The border inspection took place amidst border issue raising at national and international level with the no man’s land encroachment, removal of border pillars from Indian side and increasing criminal activities due to open border with India. The team inspected 15 border pillars in Sarlahi district.
